Latin Short Stories

During my time as a Latin teacher, I noticed that many students found it difficult to connect with and understand a lot of the nuances that come with reading and translating Latin. Latin is a very grammar and rule heavy language, so to help combat this, I began composing short stories that modeled the language in a more modern approachable way. These stories were written for Latin, and translated to English in a manner that retains the nuance and meaning found in the original language.
